Frequently Asked Questions Can I add multiple customisations to my order? Yes, you can select from the available customisations on each individual product page. You can add multiple different customisation areas and choose to upload a different file for each location, or you can choose multiple areas and select the “Use same design for all [chosen customisation method] locations” button, to use the same uploaded file for ALL the chosen locations of the same customisation method. Can I mix and match colours and/or sizes? Yes, you can select as many different colour and size combination options for each individual product as you I want to upload my logo, but I only have it in one colour. What should I do? If you only have your chosen design in one particular colour or format, but you would like your chosen customisation(s) to be in another colour or format; when you upload your file, or choose a previously used file (when logged in), you can select the “request changes” button which appears and then let us know the required changes. We are not able to redesign or heavily edit your uploaded file, instead this option should only be used for colour amendments or small formatting amendments. How do I know which size(s) to order? Every product has a corresponding size guide shown on each individual product page, under the “sizing guide” tab. Please make sure to refer to the sizing guide when ordering. If you have any issues, or questions relating to product sizing, please get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org Can I buy items without customisation? Yes. When you have selected your chosen item(s), on their individual product page(s) choose the colour(s) and size(s) required and then select the “no customisation” option in step 3. After this, simply add your items to your cart and proceed through to checkout. Why can’t I select a certain customisation and/or location? If you’re unable to select a certain customisation method and/or location for a given product, this means that this particular option is not available for this product. Why can’t I select a certain size? If you’re unable to select a certain size for a given product this means that particular size is not available. This could be because the particular size is out of stock, discontinued, or is simply not available for the particular product. How is much is delivery? Standard delivery within the UK is £7.95+VAT. If your order value is over £150.00 you will qualify for free delivery. How long does delivery take? All products display an estimated delivery date range. This can be found by selecting a product a locating the “estimated delivery between:” heading, just under the product title. This estimate delivery date applies to customised items. Items without customisation usually arrive sooner than the displayed delivery date. Do you offer express delivery? No, this is not currently something we offer. I need my order sooner than the estimate delivery date. If you need your order sooner than the estimated delivery date shown on the product page, there are occasions where we might be able to help. Please note: contacting us asking for a quicker delivery date will not automatically result in your order arriving sooner. Will I see what my logo looks like on the products before receiving them? For newly uploaded products we will provide a visual proof for your approval after you have completed your order. Your uploaded files come through to our artwork team and providing these pass our artwork checks, it is at this point that we will produce a visual proof and send it to you via email. For previously uploaded files, which have already been approved, we will not send subsequent visual proofs prior to the production stage. You already have my logos on file, but I don’t have an account yet. If you have previously placed an offline order with us, and we have your artwork on file, but you do not currently have an account with us, please get in touch with us via email at email@example.com. We can create an account for you and add the artwork we have saved on file. I’m from a business and would like to discuss uniform options for my staff. The products I’ve had before aren’t showing on the website. If there are products you have previously bought from us which aren’t showing on our website, please get in touch with us via email at email@example.com. We are always adding more available products to our website so make sure to check regularly. I would like to try items on, can I order samples? If you need samples, please place an order for blank items (those WITHOUT customisation). You can then try the items and send them back to us. Please note, samples and returning items are subject to our returns policy. Please see here for full information. My artwork was denied, what should I do? All artwork that is uploaded via our website is checked to make sure it conforms to our artwork terms and conditions. If a member of our team has been in touch to say your artwork has failed these checks they will explain exactly why this has occurred. Full information regarding acceptable artwork can be found in our terms and conditions. I would like to add individual names to my order. This isn’t currently a service we provide via our website, but please get in touch with us via email at info@tecpromotions outing your full order requirements and one of our team will create a separate offline order for you. I’ve ordered the wrong size/ colour, what do I do? Unfortunately, products that are ordered which include any bespoke customisation, which are ordered in the incorrect size or colour, are not subject to be returned. If the items you have ordered are blank (WITHOUT customisation) and your order is still within the 14 days window from the date of delivery, we may be able to help If the items pass our internal checks, as outlined in our terms and conditions. If you order is wrong because of a mistake we have made we will of course put this issue right as soon as we can. If your order arrives and is faulty, this is also something we can help with and again we will put right. If you receive your order and realise it is wrong due to an error made at the point of customisation (i.e. incorrect size(s), incorrect colour(s), incorrect uploaded file(s) etc) unfortunately, this wouldn’t be something we could offer an exchange and/ or refund on.
