Returns for non-customised (plain or blank) items Plain, blank and non-customised items can be returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. To return non-customised items to us please send items back to us at the following address: TEC Promotions Returns, Unit 10 Amey Industrial Estate, Frenchman’s Road, Petersfield, Hampshire, GU32 3AN. If you are able to enclose a copy of the delivery note with returns, please do so, if you are not able to do this, please write your order number somewhere clearly on the returned package, or enclose a note with your order number. The cost to return items to us must be covered by the customer. Once items have been returned to us and have gone through the appropriate checks at our end, we will issue a refund for the returned goods within 7-10 working days. Customised and/or personalised items We are, unfortunately, unable to accept returns for customised and/or personalised items unless you believe the items are faulty, or we have made a mistake.
